Research On The Construction Of Honest Culture Of State Owned Enterprises

The state-owned enterprises in China's enterprises as the leading enterprises,and enterprises as a whole "leader" to the overall development of enterprises bring the leading role,especially in the state-owned enterprises in the clean and honest culture thought,is to make better development of state-owned enterprise security.The current anti-corruption anti-corruption work in state-owned enterprises has achieved good effect,but the overall anti-corruption work also has some defects,so the development process in the future should be more to solve the problem of insufficient to improve the protection and development of state-owned enterprises more overall.Anti-corruption work is a continuous work,the purpose is to protect the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises,as well as the ideological training of employees.This paper uses the literature method,comprehensive analysis,case studies and other research methods,analyzes the honest cultural construction of state-owned enterprises,and to the FAW car as the research object,analysis the specific path of the construction of incorruptible culture.In the study,the first full collection and summary of research results in domestic and foreign related literature,analysis of research status at home and abroad,preliminary determine the direction of research,with the help of the research results at home and abroad,the connotation,the honest cultural analysis steps,and to lay a solid theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,analysis of the status quo of the honest cultural construction of state-owned enterprises in China,put forward the important status of clean culture in constructing the enterprise culture,and favorable factors,facing the honest cultural construction of state-owned enterprises in the external challenges and internal difficulties,the correct analysis of the feasibility and direction of honest cultural construction of state-owned enterprises in China.Again to the FAW car power,analysis of cultural construction of honest state-owned enterprises,starting from the basic steps and methods of FAW car and the construction of incorruptible culture,analysis of the lack of FAW car clean construction practices,including the mechanism of honest cultural construction is not perfect,the anti-corruption method should be improved.Finally,the FAW car characteristics,combining the development of enterprises and the construction of incorruptible culture,perfect the construction of incorruptible culture system and the relevant requirements,adhere to in the enterprise to further implement the honest cultural construction,analysis of FAW car in the honest cultural construction work in the main steps and practices to deal with the contradiction of FAW car honest cultural construction the path and put forward higher feasibility in view of the present situation of the enterprise to promote the construction of incorruptible culture,long-term sustainable development of FAW car enterprises.
