The Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Community Home Care Service In The Process Of Urbanization

Under the background of the high level of urbanization and the aging,the community home care service has been popularized and applied in many cities by virtue of its own characteristics and advantages.It has become an important part of our country's old-age service system,and it has played an important role in coping with the ageing.Community home care services in China has more than 30 years of development history,and it has made great progress,but compared with developed countries,China's community home care service is not yet mature,there are still some unavoidable problems,such as Service efficiency is low,the quality of service is low,the reason lies in the lack of appropriate supervision and performance evaluation mechanism.Altho ugh the existing part of the study involves the evaluation of the performance of the community home care service,but did not form a system of performance evaluation system,the evaluation of the indicators set lack ing of uniform standards,did not take into account the impact of urbanization process.Based on this,this paper puts forward the research topic,evaluates the performance of community home care service in the process of urbanization,and puts forward the corresponding improvement path.Based on the summary of the relevant research,this paper discusses the process of urbanization from three aspects: population urbanization,economic urbanization and land urbanization,combining with a series of theories such as urbanization,community home care service and performance evaluation.Selecting typical cases,this paper comepared with domestic and foreign community home care services and performance evaluation of the development profile.Under the guidance of ideas and principles,this paper designed the community home care service evaluation system,and build the facility program.Finally,taking Q ingdao city as an example,the TOPSIS method and the obstacle degree model are used to evaluate the comprehensive performance of the community service of the ten communities in the urbanization process.Basedon the evaluation results,Construction of the proposed countermeasures.
