Study On Legal Regulation Of Equity Crowdfunding In China

In recent years,the Internet Finance has become more and more popular than ever before.Equity Crowd-funding which is born from the Internet Finance has also become the trend of the times.As the government encourage people to start their own business and to make innovations,it is important to boost the development of the Internet Finance and equity crowd-funding.However,regulation of equity crowd-funding has not yet been built up while equity crowd-funding keeps moving forward,which impedes the further development of equity crowding funding.The article discusses the concept and features of equity crowdfunding and analyzes the present situation of equity crowd-funding in China and western countries.Based on the advanced experience of western countries,respective suggestions are put forward by clarifying the risks of investors and issuers and platforms.The main body of the article is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the concept and features of equity crowd-funding.Details about the main participants and current situation as well as the necessity of equity crowd-funding are discussed.The second part mainly focus on the respective analysis of risks that investors and issuers and platforms are facing.The third part provides some advice of regulation,according to the analysis in the second part and based the practical experience in both China and western countries.
