Research On The Supervision System Of Equity Crowd-Funding In Our Country

With the development of the Internet technology,Equity Crowd-funding use its property of “open,petty,public” to help the start-ups and the small and micro-sized enterprises to solve their financing problem.So,it has aroused wide public concern.As a newborn thing,although it received our government’s support in policy,it conflicted with our current law.So,it is still illegal and there are no supervision rules for it.This situation makes the people who joined the Equity Crowd-funding confront various risks,and also causes the regulators to fall into supervision dilemma.This paper will give some suggestions for the establishment and consummation of our supervision system of Equity Crowd-funding,by analyzing the characteristics and legal attributes of Equity Crowd-funding,the risks of the subjects in Equity Crowd-funding will meet,the regulators’ difficulties in supervision and the American experience of supervision of Equity Crowd-funding.The main body of this paper will be divided into four chapters: Chapter one makes a summary of Equity Crowd-funding.As the basis of the discussion about how to build the supervision system of Equity Crowd-funding in our country,the legal attributes of Equity Crowd-funding will be analyzed after the discussion about the conception,the characteristics and the operating modes of Equity Crowd-funding.And then,to show the realistic significance of regulating the Equity Crowd-funding,there will have some analysis of the value and the developing process of the Equity Crowd-funding in our country.In chapter two,as try to find the important issues we should solve if we want to establish our supervision system of Equity Crowd-funding,there will be some analysis of the risks of the subjects in Equity Crowd-funding will meet and the regulators’ difficulties in supervision.Chapter three will provide references for establishing our supervision system of Equity Crowd-funding by analyzing the problems of the supervision system of Equity Crowd-funding in America and the solution to it,and summarizing their regulatory experience.Chapter four will give some suggestions about the establishment and consummation of our supervision system of Equity Crowd-funding.According to the legal attributes of Equity Crowd-funding,the problems we meet in the establishment of our supervision system of Equity Crowd-funding and the regulatory experience about the Equity Crowd-funding in America which have been discussed in previous chapters,there will be some suggestions in the aspects of giving the legal status to Equity Crowd-funding,designing the specific supervision rules and building the system of supervision and so on.
