The Study On Illegal Construction Management In Residential Area Of Changsha City

Since the reform and opening up,China's socialist market economy has flourished and the process of urbanization has been accelerating.When the urban landscape has changed dramatically,illegal buildings are also destroying the harmony of the city.Illegal construction has become a hot topic for domestic scholars and even global They However,illegal construction as an independent discipline or as a professional research field,both at home and abroad are still less.In terms of our country,at present,China's illegal construction governance research is still in the initial stage.How to guide and standardize illegal construction has become a major research topic facing our government at all levels.Therefore,this article takes the urban residents' illegal construction management as the research object.In this paper,we will use empirical research and literature research in the course of specific research.First,this paper systematically reviews the relevant academic monographs,periodicals,scholarly papers,research reports and empirical data at home and abroad.The author analyzes and summarizes the relevant documents,news reports and work reports of illegal construction management in Changsha residential area,and lays the theoretical foundation for this thesis.Second,this paper focuses on the use of empirical research methods,specifically to take a questionnaire survey and interviews with the way.First of all,the author will design the questionnaire and interview outline,in the main city of Changsha issued a questionnaire,a total of 200 issued,the actual recovery of 175 copies.Second,the author will go to Changsha City District Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau for field interviews and research.Through the analysis of the survey results,the paper describes the current situation of illegal construction management in Changsha residential area,and finds out the concrete reasons that affect the construction of illegal construction,and puts forward suggestions for improving and optimizing the practical difficulties of illegal buildings in Changsha residential area.Illegal construction management is not a fresh object of study,but this article will be targeted at the object of "Changsha City residential area illegal construction",its foothold has new ideas.Scholars' research on illegal building governance does not necessarily have universal applicability to specific neighborhoods.On the basis of summing up various views,the author puts forward his own views and opinions,and tries to make some suggestions for the illegal construction management in other urban residents.
