Research On Marine Cooperation Between China And Indonesia

Marine cooperation is the only way which must be passed for China’s development and prosperous.Along with our country "the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road" proposed,marine cooperation quickly led to a strong resonance to the countries along the route.Indonesia as one of Initiative Countries,also as a maritime power in Southeast Asia,rapid response and actively seek for cooperation.On March 25,2015,President Xi jinping attend the annual conference of Boao Forum for Asia(BFA),and with Indonesia President Joko signed a statement on strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries.Unanimous confirmation "the Maritime Silk Road" and "Global Maritime Axis" are highly fit,two countries will hand in hand to create" Marine partner "relationship.And under similarity background of strategic conjunction point,the two countries will hopefully to "meet" on the sea again.Indonesia as priority countries,its strategic importance is particularly important.But China and Indonesia’s corporation in the Marine resources development,maritime connectivity investment construction,international transportation,etc,are still exists many difficulties.Therefore,to study Chinese and Indonesia’s Marine partnership is the current urgent task between the two countries.Should be carefully analysis the root cause of China and Indonesia’s Marine difficulties factors in the process of cooperation docking,thus find the method to solve the difficulties.Besides the introduction part,the article has carried out the mainly aspects of work:Firstly,summarized the basic connotation of "the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road" and"Global Maritime Axis" And discusses the necessity and the possibility of marine cooperation between the two countries.Secondly,described the main areas involved in the process of both counties’ cooperation,summarized the main content of the marine cooperation between the two countries,to explore the basic way between the two countries’ cooperation.And carefully summarized the achievements have been achieved between the two country cooperation.Thirdly,mainly from the marine cooperation in infrastructure construction,Marine resources development,etc.to discuss China and Indonesia’s present cooperation of marine lagging factors existing in the process.And rational analysis the main lagging factors between two countries’marine cooperation.Finally,aimed at the hindering factors in two countries’ marine cooperation process,put forward the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion of cooperation to strengthen sea between the two countries,such as:strengthen two governments’ contact;strengthen the construction of communication dialogue mechanism;broaden the fund-raising channels;promote development technology;promote tourism and technology education exchanges between the two countries,etc.Step by step to resolve various dilemma of marine cooperation between the two countries,so as to achieve the goal between the two countries’ marine cooperation.
