Consumers' right to know is a vital privilege in economic laws who possess the right to acknowledge relevant information in online trading.The right to know is a fundamental and beginning privilege of consumers which has a significant meaning to contribute the development of economy.In practice,business dealers utilize false advertisements,the telling of fulfillment credit fraud and mounting fraud on the site to infringe consumers' right because of online trading has a special virtualization and technicality,causing business dealers and consumers hold the different information.The defect of relief mechanism and ineffective supervision are also the important reasons on Consumers' loss.The announcement on new protection of consumers' right to know and the administration on online trading increase the consumers' profits.However,it is also unable to fulfill the increasingly demands on network marking.To draw on the experience of the protection of foreign network consumers' right to know,especially the incomplete information disclosure of business dealers on online trading should definite the information disclose obligation,which requires the disclosure information is true,efficient,ample and timely.Aiming to the efficient supervision on online trading,the country should strengthen the government and social organizations' supervision,and the internal supervision on online trading platform.The credit fraud of business dealers infringes the trust of consumers,so that they are able to establish a credit rating mechanism.If necessary,online transaction credit rating system is supposed to bring into a third party.Online shopping is cross-regional which the high costs and difficulties on the protection of rights.In order to complete the relief mechanism on consumers' right to know,they must establish jurisdiction rules which are beneficial to consumers.What's more,the network transaction dispute cases carry out burden of persuasion,bringing its into the scope of small claims,promoting the safeguarding efficiency of network consumers.
