The Research On The Status Of Private Pension Institutions And The Elder’s Degree Of Satisfaction In L District Of Ji’nan

With our country entering the ageing of population,the elderly people increases.The function of family is weakened and people have difference methods to provide for the aged.More and more people begin to choose live in nursing homes when they are old.As an important support for the aged,the nursing homes have been paid more and more attention.Only rely on public nursing home can not meet the diverse needs of the elderly,non-profit private nursing home gradually develop.Non profit private nursing homes are important form of pension institutions,which is of great significance to promote the socialization of social welfare.Ji’nan city entering the ageing of population early.The senior citizens’ views and experience of private nursing homes will affect the prospects for the development of private nursing homes which will affect the improvement of private nursing homes also.In this background,this paper adopts questionnaire survey,field visits,literature collection and statistical analysis to illustrate the present situation of private nursing homes in Lixia District Ji’nan City.According to the status and the literature,The study selected 5 private nursing homes in Lixia District and include four dimensions of analysis.They are the basic situation of the elderly and the elderly in the nursing home for the satisfaction of the software,hardware satisfaction,the well-being of the elderly.The results showed that the quality of sleep,food collocation,nursing attitude,physical health and communication significantly affected the evaluation of the elderly in nursing home.Private pension institutions should carefully choose the nursing home environment and the food collocation should be improved continuous,psychological intervention on the elderly timely is important.In the view of the elderly themselves,the elderly should maintain a optimistic attitude,communication with others frequently.From the perspective of the government and the society,the government should provide a fair competitive environment for the private pension institutions,and the financial subsidies and tax incentives for private nursing homes are also necessary,and improving the operability of the policy.Society should encourage people to choose private pension institutions,helping private pension institutions to achieve multi-channel financing.Combining these three aspects of improvement can help private pension institutions to achieve better development and promote the socialization of social services process.
