Study On The Influential Factors Of Private Pension Institutions Service Ability

Now the old population,in our country,is growing rapidly,rapid aging population will make the state and society facing serious pension pressure.Along with the development of social economy,the emergence of welfare pluralism,the family structure miniaturization empty-nesters group increasing and the number of other factors,the traditional way rely on family endowment is collapsing gradually.Institutions endowment,as a way to add endowment,will become one of the important way of pension in the future.The service capacity of our country institution endowment is not high,it can't meet the demand of increasingly diversified pension requirements.It is the most important factor in the elderly choose endowment institutions that Pension agency service ability is high or low.And it is also a security pension institution guarantee of sustainable development.In order to analysis what factors will affect the ability of the pension agency services,know how these factors affect the agency service ability and try to understand the mechanism of its internal mechanism.This paper,based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars about the pension agency service ability,make the private pension agency in Chengdu as the research object,compiled the measuring the scale of private pension agency service ability factors,and Build five dimensions including the organization construction,operation management,human resources,social resources,government support,a total of 35 measurement scale of the project.And we research 9 private pension institutions in Chengdu through the way of Distributing questionnaire.We recycle effective questionnaire 296 and explore the influence factors of private pension agency service ability by building the multiple linear regression equation.This paper also analyse the influence of various factors affecting and discuss the factor of improving the service ability of private pension institutions.The results indicate that the four dimensions of the organization construction,operation management,human resources and government support have a significantly effect in improving the capacity of private pension institutions service,and it is a positive correlation between the four dimensions and agency service ability promotion.The effect was not significant in the dimension of social capital and agency service ability promotion.the study,at the same time,found that the old man's gender,education and health also affect significantly the capacity for private pension agency service.So private pension institutions could enhance the overall competitiveness form updating pension agency software and hardware facilities,enhancing the nursing staff service level,enriching the service contents of the pension,reducing the policy subsidies standard and other aspects.These suggestions could improve the service capabilities of private pension institutions,meet the diverse demand of the elderly.
