Research On Stress Releasing Regulations Of Hainan Prison Policeman

The distressing working surrounding,too much pressure,work and examination,which make the prison police feel stressful.The roles of educator,administrator and law executor make them have to work overloading.Working in urban areaswithout normal rest in lawful festival makes them have difficulties in communicating well with friends and families.Whereas,there are no enough measures in helping the prison police to release pressure,their work pressure is brought home,which foster worse circles between work and family.This article tries to use the SCL-90 to find out the pressure and its source of Hainan prisonpolice,bybasingonthe researches and dates from interview,questionnaire,text material.Then analyzing and researching the real pressure condition of them,comparingand learning measures taken at home and abroad,so as to give useful advise on establishing long-term mechanisms for pressure releasing.Then the Hainan prison policeman can release their pressure in a long-term mechanism to safeguard the legal atmosphere.
