Research On Intervention System Of Child Abuse Under The Perspective Of Pluralism In China

Childhood is a critical period for the development of each person's growth,because the mind and body are in the developing period,their physical and mental health is also the most vulnerable period of persecution,children are the most vulnerable groups in society,they need to get more priority,comprehensive protection.Through collected and checked a large of data,the passage arranged 227 cases of child-abused which exposed by different media in January 2014-September 2015,analyzed that our country is facing a serious child-abused solution,and pointed out that the adverse effects on children's physical and mental when they were abused,described the cause s of child abuse problem.This passage used researching method of literature researching,cases analysis,network interviewing and comparative study,pointed out the solution,the consequence and reasons of child abuse,described the successful practice and the existing problems of government,society and market(enterprises)in China when they solved this problem,and put forward the successful experiences of the United States,Britain,Japan and other countries solved the problem in the field of child abuse prevention and intervention,then put forward some reasonable measures to solve the problem.Our government should play the subjectivity function,the government should improve the legal system,especially improve the system of preventing child-abused;the social forces should to participate in preventing and rescuing the abused children,and the enterprises should strengthen social responsibility,pay more attention to children's rights,and increase public charitable donations.
