| The labor security legislation in our country concerned career women in pregnancy is composed of a series of rules which includes the protections of working conditions,labor income and baby break,and it concerns the insurance of maternity as well.It isn’t hard to see that,by protecting the labor right of career women during the pregnancy thoroughly,our country makes the positive efforts to achieve the women’s rights.On the contrary,in real life,career women can hardly enjoy the rights.It’s because the relevant legislations today are not perfect enough,some firms are reluctant to assume the corporate social responsibility,and a few of female workers lack of the self-consciousness of safeguarding rights.In order to change that,it is necessary for us,through constructing a better system of corporate social responsibility and maternity insurance,by strengthening the function of the labor dispute settlement mechanism,by legislating relevant rules,to courage the firms to assume the corporate social responsibility.Besides,we shall never neglect to awaken women’s self-consciousness of safeguarding rights and the huge influence of the Women’s Federation and working union on the labor protecting field. |
