Since the College student village official plan experimented in JiangSu province in 1995,then rose to national strategic policy level,developed up to today has already cumulatively hired more than 40 thousand college students as village officials,has gone through a journey of more than 20 years.College student village officials brought new knowledge and new vigor for villages and obviously improved the local custom civilization,the grass-root rank rural party construction level and democratic decision-making level.The plan has played a huge role on reducing the pressure of the employment of university graduates,changing the concept of university students' employment and promoting mobility and balance of talents.But with the advancement of the plan,the secondary employment problem of the group whose term expired exposed gradually.The way out of the problem becomes one of the reasons,which leads to slack at work and lack of future plan during the official term.This paper emphatically focuses on the analysis of the four ways of the secondary employment of Inner Mongolian college students.At present,it is difficult for College Students' village officials to stay in villages,and the current term is lacking of corresponding protection.And the majority of college students just want to be civil servants,which leads to policy alienation.At the same time,because of the shortage of project,fund and experience,it is very difficult for College Students' village officials to be self-employed.In addition,there are less working choices and more unreasonable positions.These problems are related to the design flaws of the college student village officials program,but also related to the selection and post-management.Through the analysis of the status quo and predicament of the secondary employment of college students in Inner Mongolia,find out the reasons and seek countermeasures.It' s really great significance to solve the problem of secondary employment of college students' village officials and to promote the sustainable development of college students' village officials policy.This paper analyzes and evaluates the policies of the current employment of college students' village officials,and points out that the main reason for the secondary employment problem of college students that the goal is not clear and the long-term planning is lacking.At the same time,there are many problems in the selection process and daily training management assessment.Finally,this paper will proposed specific improvements based on five aspects:the guidance of college students to establish a correct concept of employment,optimize the selection mechanism,strengthen business training,clear management responsibilities,thinning outlet design.
