Research Of Social Work Involved In Urban Young Elderly People’s Social Health Condition

China is gradually becoming an aging country,which brings the domestic social and economic development tremendous pressure.The aging problem has aroused widespread concern in all the sectors of society,social health of the elderly in which is increasingly stirring the hot topic by people.As an aspect of the health of the elderly,the social health refers to state for the elderly to adapt to social life,play a social role and execute the social function.Throughout China,the young elderly take a striking proportion of the whole elderly population.With the swift progress of material and spiritual aspects,the social health of this group is increasingly prominent.As a result,how to help solute the problem is particularly important.Involving the social work in the social health of the elderly is conductive to solve the social health faced by the elderly to some extent by the virtue of the specialty and scientificity of social works.This study focuses on the theme of “the social health of the young elderly in cities” which is closely combined with social work service and the settlement of the social health problems of the elderly.In addition,serving the internal needs from the young elderly in cities and the needs for social health as access points,the paper tries to employ social work service to deal with the health issue for some of the young elderly in cities by analyzing and studying theories including social adaptation,social support,social role and so on.What’s more,the author takes full use of professional theoretical knowledge and practice methods during postgraduate study,supplemented with interviewing method,literature research method,observational method,action research and so on,aiming to the elderly who are possessed with social health problem to improve their abilities in social adaptability by the transformation of social roles and establishment of social support network with the form of individual and group cases and the intervention of social workers.The ultimate goal of the research is to enhance their social health level.After finishing the social service,the author analyzes and reflects the whole service process so as to construct a comprehensive practice system,which synoptically puts forward some suggestions to perfect the social health for the elderly.The implement of the research not only excavates a practical path for solving the social health of the young elderly in cities but also allows the elderly to profoundly understand the necessity for the existence of a positive aging.It is inevitable that many problems expose on the other hand,which has generates a lot of inspiration in turn.For example,it is necessary to pay attention to the construction of social support network.Only in this way can solve the social health for the elderly from the life and spiritual aspects in an all-round way.In addition,it is vital to enhance the specialty of social workers to cultivate them filled with high quality and high level,thus contributing to the further implement of activities by social workers.Last but not the least,it is indispensable for government to expand and improve the purchase-service mode to ultimately achieve the purpose of win-win between government sectors and social organizations.
