On The Effectiveness Of The Party's Ideological And Political Education In Xibaipo Period And Its Modern Enlightenment

With the deepening of socialist construction in China,the relationship between countries is inseparable,the rapid increase of communication,various ideological trends cause various complex impact of the mental state of our people,so the ideological and political education can not be ignored,and ideological educators are facing a more difficult educational environment than before.To understand the education content and methods of the party in Xibaipo period,and to summarize the relevant educational experience,is conducive to the reform of the times,to meet the requirements of the times to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Xibaipo period is the great historical turning period of the communist party of China in the process of democratic revolution,and is also the key period to win the revolution and decide the scientific founding.Xibaipo period as the last revolutionary base area in the process of our party revolution,the state of Party in this period is facing a serious challenge,concerning the spiritual outlook and construction of new China.Therefore,how to ensure the initiative of the party members and the mass revolution,the scientific transformation of the revolutionary consciousness into the problem of the communist party in Xibaipo,the ideological and political education in the party and the masses.Based on this,this paper uses three parts to study the system:The first part: Xibaipo period party's ideological and political education content and method.This part first defines the core concept of " Xibaipo period ",the effectiveness of ideological and political education,based on the specific activities of the party in Xibaipo summed up the ideological and political education content: basic principles education,patriotism education,mass line education,democratic political education,legal education,hard struggle education,moral education.Finally,the paper analyzes the five efficient educational methods used by the party: theory instillation method,practice training method,self-education law,model law,consultation Non-directive Rogerian methods.The second part: Xibaipo period party's ideological and political education effectiveness and its influencing factors.This part first based on the first part of the concept of ideological and political education and its effectiveness,specifically analyzes the three components of ideological and political education the effectiveness of ideological and political education,process effectiveness,the connotation and extension of results effectiveness.Secondly,from the specific situation of Xibaipo period,this paper discusses the internal and external factors that can effectively influence the party's ideological and political education: dual education,practical education content,diverse educational methods,rich educational carrier,revolutionary environment,and points out the important role of these factors.The third part: the modern enlightenment of the party's ideological and political education Xibaipo period.This part summarizes the full text,focuses on the experience and law of the party's successful ideological and political education in Xibaipo,and puts forward six suggestions according to the ideological and political status of people under the new situation of our new period: implement the party strictly and build a high quality ideological and political education team;Pay attention to the mutual interaction of education and improve the enthusiasm of ideological and political education;Adhere to the mass line and promote the socialization of ideological and political education;Adhere to the unity of dominance and diversity,and make perfect content of ideological and political education;Focus on the combination of theory and practice,take practical methods of ideological and political education;Follow the law of mutual transformation of material and consciousness,and effectively use all kinds of ideological and political education carrier.The author hopes to really strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and to promote the further improvement of people's ideological and political quality.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research,comparative analysis,theory and practice.Through a lot of reading analysis of the study of scholars,to lead makes the article Well-founded;By comparison,the conclusion is reasonable and obvious;Through a large number of cases analysis of the party's ideological and political education in Xibaipo,the reason of the good results,the abstract theory of concrete examples of practical cases,simple and clear.
