Research On The Party’s Clean Government Education During The Xibaipo Period

Xibaipo Period is a great historical turning point of the Chinese Revolution.During this period,the War of liberation was on the verge of full victory,the new democratic revolution was on the verge of final victory,and great achievements were made in various undertakings.At the same time,the problem of corruption within the Party has gradually emerged,and some Party members and cadres have a tendency to seek pleasure and take pride in their achievements.The Party’s inherent political integrity is facing the test of history.Therefore,in the face of existing or possible corruption,the CPC Central Committee carried out education of clean politics in accordance with the changing situation,combined with the work of the whole Party,the whole army and urban management,strengthened the Party members’ selfresilience against corruption,forged a number of clean and honest cadres,maintained the Party’s advanced nature and combat effectiveness,and further consolidated the Party organization.It laid the foundation for the victory of the new democratic revolution and the construction of New China.Firstly,the paper discusses the historical background and necessity of the education of clean politics in Xibaipo period in detail.From three aspects of the party’s fine tradition,the risks and challenges faced by the Party in Xibaipo period,and the preparation for governance,the motivation of the party’s education of clean politics in Xibaipo period is demonstrated.The subjective necessity of clean government education is explained from the perspective of party construction and governance,and the objective necessity of clean government education is explained from the destructive and harmful phenomena of corruption.Secondly,it systematically combs the content and characteristics of the party’s education of clean politics in Xibaipo period.The Party carries out anti-corruption education from the following five aspects: ideology and morality,abiding by discipline and law,typical clean politics,clean family tradition,and fighting against corruption.It pays special attention to the diversity of anticorruption education methods,pertinence of contents and innovation of ideas.Thirdly,it discusses the effect and deficiency of the Party’s education of clean politics in Xibaipo period.This paper explains the achievements of anti-corruption from the perspective of theoretical level,party style and government style.On the basis of clarifying the results,it reveals the experience and lessons of clean politics education in Xibaipo period from the perspectives of legal thinking and educational mechanism.Finally,combined with the Party’s education of clean politics in the new era,the paper analyzes the times value of the Party’s education of clean politics in Xibaipo period from five aspects: moral education,leadership,law,supervision,innovation and systematic thinking,in order to provide beneficial enlightenment for the party’s construction of clean politics at the present stage.Strengthening the education of the Party’s education of clean politics in the historical period is not only the lesson of history,but also the need of the times.It is of great value to carry forward the fine tradition of the Party in the new era and keep the image of the ruling party clean and honest forever.It is also of great practical significance to further promote the current anti-corruption struggle of the Party.
