The Study On Preventiong And Control Of Corruption In Agriculture In Henan Province

Since the party's eighteen years,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the general secretary of the CPC Central Committee and the strong leadership,China opened the maximum strength,a history of the largest,the maximum range of the anti-corruption struggle.With this struggle constantly,focus on anti-corruption work has been adjusted since 2015.Agriculture,corruption prevention has become an important part of the anti-corruption struggle in the new period.In this study,the author takes Henan Province as an example,through the analysis of the CPC Henan Provincial Commission website publicly notified 183 agriculture related corruption cases in recent years,the overall situation of the problem of corruption in Henan province agriculture,distribution characteristics and cause real harm the concluded and summed up,combined with Henan Province in recent years,launched a series of agricultural corruption prevention and control measures,from the system construction,mechanism construction and supervision in three aspects of the current Henan Province Agricultural corruption prevention work The main problems and reasons are studied.On this basis,the author puts forward four suggestions:one is the dynamic establishment of "three integration" of the inspection system;two is to optimize the agricultural corruption prevention work flow;three is to strengthen the supervision of farmer subject consciousness;four is to improve the new the technical content of agricultural corruption prevention.
