Since ancient times,corruption has always been a historical disease that restricts social progress and a key and difficult problem in government governance.At present,China is in a critical period of government transformation,and corruption governance is particularly important.It is an important subject of building a service-oriented government,establishing government authority and harmonious "relationship between government and the people".Since the birth of a new generation of leadership with President xi jinping at the core,the party and the government have maintained a zero-tolerance attitude towards corruption and launched a great nationwide campaign against corruption.In the new period,the main mode of our country’s corruption governance is the institutionalized anti-corruption.The institutionalized anti-corruption mode has played a great role in our country’s anti-corruption work.Especially after the 18 th CPC national congress,corruption control continued to be carried forward with great success.It has not only cleaned up a large number of corrupt leading cadres,but also created a clean and healthy political environment in the whole society.At the same time,the rise of modern governance theory provides a new theoretical tool and realization method for institutionalized anti-corruption.Based on the empirical study of institutionalized anti-corruption in guangdong province,and with governance theory as the theoretical tool,this paper makes an in-depth study of institutionalized anti-corruption in China from the aspects of governance subjects,levels and other aspects.The paper is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of this paper,the research significance,the domestic and foreign research on corruption governance,the research methods adopted in this paper and the major innovations.The second part is an overview of relevant theories,mainly introducing the relevant governance theories and the definition of institutionalized anti-corruption in the writing process,including the concept characteristics of governance,institutionalized anti-corruption concept and theoretical basis.The third part is the historical evolution of institutionalized anti-corruption in China,including two small parts: the first is the transformation of corruption governance mode in China--from campaign anti-corruption to power anti-corruption to institutionalized anti-corruption.Second,SWOT analysis is made on institutionalized anti-corruption to find out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the development of institutionalized anti-corruption in China.The fourth part is the empirical analysis of corruption governance in guangdong province.This part is divided into two levels.The first level mainly analyzes the main characteristics and causes of corruption problems in guangdong province by analyzing the basic situation of corruption governance in guangdong province from 2016 to 2018.The second level is the analysis of the specific situation of institutionalized anti-corruption in guangdong province,which includes three aspects: the main practices,achievements and existing problems of institutionalized anti-corruption in guangdong province.The fifth part is the reference to foreign experience,mainly referring to the power restriction,corruption prevention,power supervision and other methods adopted by Sweden,the United States,France and other western countries in the governance of corruption.The sixth part is the improvement of institutionalized anti-corruption from the perspective of modern governance.This part first draws on some foreign practices in corruption governance,and then puts forward some feasible Suggestions for the further development of institutionalized anti-corruption work in guangdong province based on the existing problems and the actual situation of institutionalized anti-corruption.
