Female Crime Prevention And Countermeasures In Yanbian Area

The main body of the crime can be divided into female crime and male crime.In terms of the definition of female crime,most scholars in our country think that female crime,that is,the main body of the crime for the implementation of women with serious social harm behavior.1 From the perspective of criminology,"because the crime is a woman so it is a female crime."2 It should be noted that "female crime" is not specifically refers to women can commit the crime,the crime type male can also be implemented.As the minority of the criminal population,the crime problem has not been paid attention to by the academic research.However,with the development of the times and the development of society,the opportunities for women to participate in various social activities have increased greatly,and the status of women has increased The Women play an increasingly important role in modern social life,but at the same time women’ s crime has become increasingly prominent,undermine the harmonious state of society,should arouse widespread concern in society.Especially women in ethnic areas,because of the social background and the economic situation of the differences,often show different criminal motivation,which requires the academic community to attract enough attention,so as to prevent female areas of female crime.Yanbian area is located in the eastern part of Jilin Province,northeast China,east and Russia border,south and North Korea to Tumen River separated,is China’s largest Chinese Korean communities,Yanbian state,including eight counties and cities,namely Yanji,Longjing,Hunchun,Tumen,Dunhua,He long,Antu,Wangqing.As of 2010,Yanbian area has Korean,Han,Man,Hui and other ethnic groups more than 20.Among them,the Korean population of 82 million people,accounting for 37.7%,Han accounted for 59.29%,other ethnic minorities,including Man and Hui accounted for 3.01%.Based on the data of female crime in Yanbian from 2013 to 2016,this paper analyzes the characteristics of female crime in Yanbian area,and expounds the reasons for the formation of female crime in Yanbian.It aims to find a way to prevent female crime in Yanbian area.This paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,this chapter mainly elaborated the research purpose and the significance and the research method and the content.The second chapter is the characteristics of female crime in Yanbian area.This paper analyzes the basic situation of female crime in Yanbian area from 2013 to 2016,and analyzes the number of criminals,the type of crime,the degree of education,the age of crime and the identity of criminal suspects through the use of chart and data analysis.The Characteristics of Female Crimes in Yanbian Area.Chapter 3:Factors Affecting Female Crime in Yanbian Area.This chapter mainly analyzes the factors that affect the female crime in Yanbian from two aspects:the individual and the social factors that influence the crime in criminology.Chapter 4:Measures to Prevent Female Crime in Yanbian Area.As a summary,the author mainly elaborates the prevention and control measures to curb the increase of female crime rate in Yanbian area.According to the general law of female crime in Yanbian area,this paper puts forward an effective crime prevention and countermeasure for female crime in Yanbian area.
