The Regional Decision-making Of The Foreigners Direct Investment In Yanbian Area

As a mount of foreign funded enterprises entering into Yanbian area , the foreign investments plays a more and more important role in the region economy .However ,because of various reasons at present ,there are still a lot of problems existing in the progress of Yanbain area to use the foreign funds .The regional choice is one of the important problems .Because different regions don' t know clearly about the area factors which can affect the foreign businessman investment .They have a competition on the preference policy in order to attract more foreign funds .So there forms an unfair outside competition environment among the different system of ownerships Although some regions offered lots of preferential politics ,in fact they don' t attract much of the foreign funds ,or it' s far from the region developing plan on attract foreign funds .So that it led many factories put in the stop production or semi-stop production idling period.This thesis mainly analyses conduct of the direct investment enterprise of foreign tradesman and micro-enterprise .Generally foreign tradesman should make clear the three basic points during their direct investment .why do the direct investment ?(investment motive )Where should we invest ?(regional choice )How should we invest ?(entering method) This thesis in view of these three pointsto proceed the exposition .First ,analyses the motive of foreign tradesman' s direct investment in China ,point out many reasons that can cause the direct investment ,but all of them can not apart from the basic factors -market ,product factors and investments ,which are all connected with income and cost .Next analyses upon the environment of investment . In another words analyses some conditions of regional choice .The focus point of here is that do a detail about appraise of foreign tradesman' s investment environment in Yanbian area ,and study the regional decision of foreign tradesman direct investment and its prospects of development in future in Yanbian area.
