| Migrant workers employment flow generated under the historical phenomenon that our country undergoing rural land reform,as well as agricultural productivity,the industrialization and urbanization,presented new situation under the the new pattern of urbanization.Currently,at the beginning of the formation of new pattern urbanization,the economic development level from east to west,from one to another,between urban and rural was imbalanced,which affected the needs of the labour force distribution of migrant workers employment flow and new pattern of urbanization.At the same time,"labor shortage" problem in big cities is still outstanding,urban daily life costs increased,combined with the impetus of social management and safeguard for migrant workers,generating a huge gap between current situation of migrant workers employment flow,urban integrating and the requirement of new type of urbanization.Therefore,how to break the urbanization obstacles,guiding migrant workers to small and medium-sized cities and small towns reasonably by optimizing the city overall layout and population,is the first implementation subject of new pattern of urbanization.Under the background of new pattern of urbanization construction,based on the questionnaire survey on current situation of the migrant workers flow from three different levels of city,trying to find employment flow problems and explore guiding function of new pattern of urbanization actively.In addition to the introduction,the paper was divided into four parts:The first part is the theory summary,which expound the main concept,basic theory and three pairs of relations of this paper,laying theoretical foundation of below;The second part combined with the survey data,understanding the present situation rural migrant workers faced,analyzing the influencing factors and exploring problems;The third part from the guide of new pattern of urbanization to economic,institutional,social and cultural four angles to analysis causes of migrant workers employment flow problem;The last part of paper standing from the perspective of building the new pattern of urbanization,combined with the construction of ordered citizenization system,absorbing lessons from overseas,in order to guide the flow of migrant workers and provide economic and institutional theoretical support to implement dignity and security life in cities. |
