A Study On The Marriage Quality Problems Of Migrant Workers' Half-Flow Families From The Perspective Of Public Governance

As more and more farmers go out to work,the large-scale population mobility not only affects our country's social structure and social stratification,but also brings a great impact on the traditional and stable marriage and family pattern.The imperfection of family and marriage life forms the maximum injury and pain of migrant workers at present.Half-flow model has become one of the most common and important types of migrant workers' families in China.Along with the gradual realization of the goal of building a modern international metropolis in Chengdu,current Chengdu is attracting migrant workers from towns and villages in the Midwest all over the country.This brings new challenges and opportunities to Chengdu.Concern about the family marriage status of migrant workers,understand the marriage quality problems of migrant workers,solve the livelihood demands of migrant workers,is Chengdu government's focal point to pass the livelihood concern and do livelihood work.Therefore,it has practical and theoretical significance to understand the current situation and problems of marriage quality of migrant workers' half-flow families,find the responsibility subject and explore the effective countermeasures.Firstly,this paper through the domestic and foreign relevant literature's collection and arrangement about marriage and marriage quality of migrant workers,makes clear definition and research to the relevant theoretical basis and model and concepts;then based on Olson marriage quality measurement scale makes questionnaire;and in Chengdu it selects half-flow migrant workers as the research object,combining questionnaires and interviews to collect data.Then,through data collection,summary,comparative analysis,and using empirical research methods such as independent sample T test and variance analysis,it analyzes and conclude that marriage quality of migrant workers' half-flow families exist low-quality problems,and far flow distance,low interaction of frequency,low level of income,the problems of low-quality marriage are more serious.Secondly,combining the questionnaire and interview information with Chengdu's situation,this paper deeply find the responsibility subject causing marriage low-quality of migrant workers' half-flow families,finds that government's population flow mechanism,imperfect housing and education system,unreasonable work arrangement of the enterprise and humanities care and imbalanced role of social organizations and individual limitation of migrant workers is the main reasons to cause low quality.Finally,on the basis of the empirical conclusions,it puts forward countermeasures to effectively improve marriage quality of migrant workers' half-flow families:establish and perfect residence permit and public rental housing these relevant policies in Chengdu,positively develop county economy,guide Sichuan migrant workers to return back;realize enterprises' reasonable vacation,occupation training etc humanization management measures;strengthen legal and moral publicity,provide marriage counseling services.The author hopes that through the study of this paper,it can provide theoretical basis and decision reference for Chengdu and even the whole country to understand and solve the problems of the marriage quality of migrant workers half-flow families.
