With the continuous development of economy and the enlargement of city scale,the phenomenon of the city village,which has the characteristics of Chinese,is increasingly appearing in the cities of our country.Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province as the capital,due to historical and geographical factors,the number of villages located throughout the city.Villages in the city is a major obstacle to the development of Taiyuan City,and among them,the "small property room" of the village is the most prominent problem.In Taiyuan City,the city of more than 10 years of rapid development,"small property room" taking advantage of the lack of legislation and policy guidance "convenience situation",spread rapidly in the scope of the villages in the city,has become a tail to adjust the trend,and beginning in 2014,Taiyuan city began large-scale transformation of villages.Therefore,to solve the problem of "small property room" has become a major issue.The village in the city "small property room" is a chronic illness,has been plagued by the Taiyuan city development for many years,despite its emergence and development have certain social reasons,but has been the lack of corresponding legal basis,which is different from other types of urban housing.This paper mainly focused perspective in Taiyuan city villages "small property room",and generated due to some speculation behavior,illegal action in the process of reconstruction of the urban village"small property real",and analysis of the research.This paper mainly through the four parts to elaborate the problem.The first part mainly to data analysis method to introduce the status quo of the transformation of villages in the city of Taiyuan "small property room",under the background of the transformation of villages in the city,Taiyuan city "small property room" situation is very grim,by an analysis of the related data,proves that the "small property room" problem is a major obstacle to urbanization in present stage in Taiyuan City,urgently awaits to be solved.Article in the second part,from the aspects of theory of "small property room" is an interpretation of the concept of,and to analyze its internal characteristics,classification,countermeasure is put forward to provide the theoretical basis for.At the same time,also lets the reader can more clearly realize the relationship of urban village and small property.The third part is the analysis of the causes of the problem of "small property room",after all levels above the discussion,from the five aspects to clarify "small property room",and the reconstruction of the village in Taiyuan City as an example to illustrate,pointed out the problems and crux of the Taiyuan city "small property room",to better suit the remedy to the case.In the last part of this article,from the three aspects of macro,meso and micro,in the legal,institutional,policy multi angle,multi entry point,to solve the "small property room" in the transformation of villages in the city from to provide ideas and suggestions that Taiyuan city construction as a modest force.
