Specifically, the "small property room" rise time,everybody does not have a unified standard and consensus. But for today,"the small property right house" development scale and influence, all circles of the society must have a clear understanding and judgment, that is to the point can not be ignored. Have a look since last year,relevant departments of our government issued a variety of "small property room" on the settlement of the firm and decisive signal, we see not hard, to solve the "small property room" issue has been imminent, can’t wait any longer. However, how to treat and how to solve the "small property room" problem, government, academia, various groups and people once again put forward different views.In this sensitive period, the author thinks it is necessary according to their own knowledge and experience and his understanding of a comment.As everyone knows, the so-called "property right" houses,"small property room" is in fact a variety of no formal property rights without state permission construction and sale of housing, since it is so, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the purchase of such housing, the purchase of the rights is very difficult to obtain the safeguard, the relevant departments of the state has always been to emphasize and warning, even by such law enforcement proves that the government’s position,but the effect does not seem obvious,"small property room" problem is still serious, and even intensified, until today still build sale prosperous situation.Admittedly,"small property room" did damage to China’s real estate market health and benign development, causing a great waste of land resources in China, serious damage to our natural environment and ecological balance, a great threat to our1800000000acres of arable land red line, according to its processing is the internal need of China’s rule of law, is also in line with China’s overall development and trend. But, at the same time, it can not be denied,"small property room" problem is not the short term caused by social problems,not the general, it is the comprehensive effect of various social factors, is also a product of game of interest groups in different society, we need to through the use of legal thinking, the vision of development, collective wisdom comprehensive measures to solve it.Therefore, the author through the understanding of "small property room" the historical background and economic factors, from maintaining the overall national long period of stability, social stability and improving people’s livelihood and consolidate angle respect the constitution,using rudimentary legal Thinking and limited knowledge of the society, that should be taken to be legalized conditions, there are difference son the small property right room, be positive, into the economic order in the real estate market of China, to better promote the healthy development of the real estate market, but also to help people realize the "everyone is in the" housing dream".
