Research On The Role And Path Choice Of Communist Youth League Organizations In Social Governance In The New Period

In the new period,in order to cope with the new development trend,the economics,politics,society,culture,ecology and other aspects of China are undergoing comprehensive reform and development.Profound changes have taken place from individual to national level.Youth is a nation’s hope and the backbone of the country and society.With the further development of reform and opening-up,our youth groups are influenced by increasingly diverse values and cultures from around the world.They have more active thoughts,more personalized ideas and more diverse needs,making the work of youth more complex.At the same time,China’s administrative reform is deepening.The government gradually changes from the "management" to "service-oriented".The functions of government are also transforming faster.Part of the government affairs by the people’s organizations and social organizations to deal with,so that more and more social forces have the opportunity to participate in social governance.In this regard,the Communist Youth League organizations should seize the opportunity to reform and innovate with a positive attitude towards the government youth affairs to make up for government deficiencies and failures,which contributes to social governance.What are the current performance of the Communist Youth League organizations in the community to participate in the governance process,what are the problems,how to find their own position and play its role,how to find a reasonable path for reform and innovation,are new topics to be studied urgently.Under the guidance of multidisciplinary theories such as management,sociology and pedagogy,this research uses a variety of research methods such as literature research,depth interview,questionnaire survey.This paper discusses the present situation and existing problems of the Communist Youth League organizations of some universities in Nanjing which participate in social governance,and explores the causes of these problems.On the basis of combining the advanced experiences of Shanghai and Chongqing Youth League reform and the author’s own work practices,this paper points out that Communist Youth League organizations should clear the main responsibilities of reform,strengthen the construction of theirs team,clarify the objectives and tasks in the social governance system,cohere efforts of cooperation in the process of social governance and improve the scientific and rational working mechanism,so as to seek some suggestions and provide for other relevant researches some referenced ideas,which jointly contribute a modest force to the development of China’s modernization of social governance.
