A Study On The Institutional Reform Of The Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organs At The County Level

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has made great efforts to oppose corruption.With the efforts of more than four years,anti-corruption work has achieved gratifying achievements.At the seven plenary sessions of the Eighteenth Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,Secretary said to be perseverance,digging more than,resolutely eradicate corruption,the most deadly "pollution source".As the main force of anti-corruption work,discipline inspection and supervision organs in the fight against corruption has played a crucial role,but at the same time,discipline inspection and supervision organs,especially the county level discipline inspection and supervision organs in the institutional setting of the increasingly prominent,The new situation of anti-corruption work caused some trouble.It is particularly important to reform the institutions of the discipline inspection and supervision organs at the county level and to further consolidate the anti-corruption forces and optimize their functions under the current situation of building a clean government and opposing corruption.In this paper,the leadership system,the running status and the functions of the discipline inspection organs at the county level are discussed in this paper.The main problems facing the L District Commission for Discipline Inspection are summarized and analyzed.And then,by drawing lessons from the practical experiences of anti-corruption agencies in Singapore,Hong Kong and Hengqin New Area of Zhuhai,and other relevant measures,such as the anti-corruption,anti-corruption and other departments of the Procuratorate With the supervision of the merger of the establishment of the Commission to improve the political status of the L District Commission for Discipline Inspection,the L District Commission for Discipline Inspection agencies to carry out the reform,the L District discipline inspection and supervision organs of the internal institutions for the supervision,investigation,review,prevention,Management and other five departments,and so on.Through these reforms,the county level anti-corruption work force for effective integration,to improve the discipline inspection and supervision organs in the anti-corruption work in the core position,to promote grass-roots anti-corruption work more scientific and more effective.
