Study On The Occupational Stress Of Police Of Public Security Supervision In Binzhou

With the rapid development of economy and acceleration of social transformation,the situation of social public order faces huge challenge,which makes more and stricter requirements for the police in the new era.The police work itself is kind of stress intensive occupation,which can be particularly reflected from the work of public security supervisional police.Because they always make contact with illegal criminal suspects and face the dark side of the society,along with frequent staying up as well as working overtime,which makes them withstand various kinds of pressure.If these kinds of pressure cannot be released and relieved in time,it will not only be very harmful to the physical and mental health of the police themselves but also hinder the improvement of their work.Therefore,the occupational pressure of public security supervisional police should be paid attention to and understood by the government and the whole society.The framework of the thesis can be divided into four parts,they are the fundamental theoretical explanation of occupational pressure of public security supervision police,manifestation and negative influences of occupational pressure of public security supervision police in Binzhou,cause analysis of occupational pressure of public security supervision police,and countermeasures of occupational pressure of public security supervision police.The first part is fundemtal theoretical explanation which includes the overview of occupational pressure,concepts and characteristics of occupational pressure of public security supervision police as well as its theoretical basis.The second part mainly contains the manifestation and negative influences of occupational pressure of public security supervision police.The third part analyzes the reasons of pressure from four aspects such as individual factors,work and occupational features,organizational factors and social environment,in order to find the source of occupational pressure of public security supervision police in Binzhou.The last part proposes the countermeasures of occupational pressure of public security supervision police in Binzhou from four aspects such as emphasis of enhancement of police’s pressure bearing capability,positively optimizing the distribution of superivisional occupational resources,improving the support power from organization,and strengthening the guidance of public opinion,in hope of putting forward personal ideas and ways to relieve occupational pressure of public security supervision police so as to initiate the new phase of the occupation of supervisional police in Binzhou.
