Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research on the current situation and management of government WeChat, which is the inevitable requirement to adapt to the development of the times and promote the development of service-oriented government.Based on the above background, this paper adopts the research methods of literature analysis, empirical research, case study and so on, taking Wenzhou municipal government and county-level government WeChat public as an example, the number and distribution of Wenzhou government WeChat subscription number and service number, The status quo, publishing, service and interaction and other aspects of research and carried out a comprehensive analysis. Through investigation and analysis, we find the problem of Wenzhou government WeChat in function orientation, core advantage and interactive function. Based on the above problems, this paper has carried out the case study of the Wenzhou high-speed traffic police, and has carried on the analysis research to its function localization, the service, the core superiority and so on. On the basis of the research results, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, such as establishing the management and operation mechanism, clarifying service orientation, constructing the supporting e-government information system, perfecting the interactive function and dealing with emergencies. Government departments to improve their operational management capabilities to provide some help, and other areas of domestic WeChat government operations and development to provide reference.
