Thereby it can promote the construction of high performance and service-oriented government.For now, China’s civil service training go toward the path of institutionalization, standardization, scientific. and achieved good results. But we also should be acutely aware that in the new employment of civil servants training work still exist many problems in the understanding, legal system and the actual operation. This make the training work hard to achieve the expected result, can’t play to maximize the effect of training work. So there still be a lot of ascension and improve space.In this paper, the writer do Investigation and analysis in the new civil servants who pass the civil servant recruit in recent years,through questionnaire interview and other methods. Specifically, the paper is divided into five parts: The first part introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research. Current research results were enumerated roughly. this paper proposes itself innovations and shortcomings; the second part was related theory summary, we define related concepts, clarify the research content, and discusses the importance of training for newly appointed and distinctive features; the third part, through the analysis of questionnaires and field trips, described the currently situation of Hengshui civil servants training in detail, the achievement achieved and the problems in training, the fourth part exploration the causes of these problems; The fifth part puts forward suggestions such as strengthening the understanding, improving the legal system, integrating social resources, building scientific training model and so on.
