Research On Kuso Phenomenon From The Perspective Of Network Political Participation

Since twenty-first Century, with the popularity of the rapid development of information technology and the Internet, the Internet-Kuso phenomenon is popular in the network, and the form and theme of Internet-Kuso works are constantly updated. In recent years, many researchers researched on Kuso phenomenon from communication, culturology and linguistics angles, but from the perspective of Politics, especially from the angle of network political participation, the systematic research is very little. This paper introduced the network political participation from the perspective of the theory of political participation, using the theories of political participation and the political functions of media to analyze the Internet-Kuso?s types and characteristics,and focusing on discussing the political functions, influences, causes of Internet-Kuso, in order to increase the scientific understanding of Internet-Kuso and making practical judgment.This paper mainly uses literature analysis method, case study method, summarizing method,and text analysis method. The article is divided into six parts, in the introduction part, mainly introduces the research origin and background, the purpose of the research, research status and the research significance, research methods etc. are introduced follow.Then the research introduced Marx's ideology of political participation, the western theory of political participation, the political function of the theory of media review. After analyzing and summarizing the collected cases of Internet-Kuso, the author thinks that from the external form the Internet-Kuso can be divided into five types, including text, pictures, audio, video and class action figure. And from the level of meaning, the Internet-Kuso can be divided into meaningful kuso works and meaningless kuso works. And the author also summarizes the characteristics of Internet-Kuso, including grassroots participation, critical expression, the content of practical relevance, irrational behavior of spoof, the external form of entertainment. Then, based on the perspective of network political participation, clarifying the relationships of Internet-Kuso, network political participation and political participation. And the author thinks the Internet-Kuso is a strategy and tactics of political participation. Then, from the perspective of network political participation, fixing attention on the characteristics of the Internet-Kuso, summarizing the regularities from the specific cases and emphatically discusses influence of Internet-Kuso from the aspects of positive roles and social risks. The positive impact is mainly to expand political expression channels, rich political supervision, improve the three aspects of political participation enthusiasm. The risk society mainly includes distort the individual political values, disrupting the order of the network, the government authority is dispelling. By the analysis, the author believes that participation in the network exists structure defects, provides a way for the development of network technology, entertainment to death under the environment of the entertainment network expression tendency, and the current network spoof predicament and political participation to sensitive advantage is mainly caused by the negative impact of Internet-Kuso. Through theory with practice, the author try to jump out of the Internet-Kuso phenomenon and the network environment itself, and puts forward to four suggestions from the aspects of the cultivation of individual rationality, standardize network order, expand political participation and strengthening the guidance of public opinion to avoiding the social risks of Internet-Kuso.
