| As the development of China's economy and people's life getting rich, ecotourism has already been a new economic engine in the New Normal. It's increasingly well accepted and loved because of its sustainable development concept which makes tourists relaxed and protects the ecological environment of the scenic spot. And as the explosive growth of Ecotourism, it has brought huge economic efficiency and negative effects such as the damage to scenic eco-system and environment and the violation of people's benefits.To take corresponding measures for those problems, it's needed to improve Ecotourism legal system and use law to regulate tourists' acts. This thesis has thoroughly analyzed Ecotourism legal system and given suggestions about improvement in eco-tourism in terms of China's current situation, the suggestion which may propel eco-tourism into healthy, sustainable and stable development.This thesis includes four parts. In the first part, it briefly describes eco-tourism and Ecotourism legal system. In the second part, it has well analyzed problems in eco-tourism and found out flaws in Ecotourism legal system. In the third part, it made a full study on Ecotourism legal system in the USA and Australia and figure out what we can learn from them. In the fourth part, the most part of the thesis, it gave my suggestions in improving Ecotourism law system such as environmental impact evaluation system, public participation, the reform of tourism administrative policies, supervision system and education system in the eco-tourism. |
