Xi’an Police Service Mechanism Reform Research

In the traditional sense of grassroots police service mechanism is basically follow the general working mode of the administrative organs, once for the normal operation of the stability of the society and the public security system play an indelible role. But the society is developing continuously, the market economy is constantly improving, and the process of urbanization is constantly advancing. Social security environment has become more complex. Compared to now fast flowing population, property and so on, past the police station duty mechanism is too passive and routine. Therefore, in order to cope with the complexity of the new situation, the Xi’an Municipal Public Security Bureau need from Xi’an international metropolis construction and needs of the people’s expectations of will adhere to the reform focused police station, continue to promote the reform of policing operating mechanism, strive to build friendly type, service type, actual combat police station, leading to enhance the performance of police.For facing the grass-roots police mechanism in the present situation and highlights the problems in-depth analysis and research, through this paper in understanding based on the previous research literature, the use of administrative science, management science, psychology and other multi-disciplinary theories and combining with the actual situation of Xi’an City, explore the new direction of the reform of the Xi’an city grass-roots police station duty mechanism. The service mechanism of the police station to better serve the people, between the police and the public more solidarity and coordination, so as to better maintain social stability and normal operation.
