The development of the textile industry has become an important part of economic development in Xinjiang.Textile and garment industry as a traditional industry of Xinjiang, Xinjiang resource type, industry, labor intensive type characteristic is the most prominent industry and labor intensive, rich natural resources, is advantage conditions to promote the development of textile industry in Xinjiang. But the Xinjiang textile industry also has many problems to be solved. This paper from the textile raw materials quality, textile raw materials transportation guarantee of textile enterprises, labor training and textile industry technological innovation, analysis of the four aspects of the textile industry in Xinjiang encountered the problem of the present stage. Next, through research and analysis, gives some suggestions to solve the problems from the perspective of law and policy.My body through the following four parts to solve the issues of law and policy to promote the development of Xinjiang textile industry:Chapter one: introduction.
