Through to the modern society as the law enforcement police protection measures and the present situation of research, and the measures for protecting the legal rights and interests of police individual and the present situation of research, I hope to find out in the police legitimate rights and interests maintenance objective problems. Based on the formation of internal factors and external factors of these problems, occupational factors, the legislative factor analysis, I am perfect professional law provisions, improve the rights of criminal law protection, improve the industry internal auxiliary measures, improve the external social public opinion guide mechanism four aspects, such as sorting out some countermeasures. I hope that through such analysis, I can find a way to reduce the phenomenon of civilian police legitimate rights, and to protect the legitimate interests of the police more effectively.
