With the implementation of the interim regulations of unified registration of real estate, the establishment demand of real estate right cadastral survey database become more and more urgent, and the establishment of a field survey system for the real estate can provide technical support for right cadastral survey. Aiming at the existing shortcomings of the conventional measurement methods, the inertial measurement technology is applied to cadastral survey and a laser rangefinder is introduced. The research of GPS/inertial measurement/laser range combined measurement technology and the unified measurement reference for each part in the system is conducted. And the external measurement reference for the system is established. The Kalman filter for initial alignment matching the velocity and attitude is proposed. Finally, the technical specification for the real estate field survey system is studied.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:1. The inertial measurement technology is applied to cadastral survey and a laser rangefinder is introduced in the system. The system structure and measurement principles are introduced, and the function and performance of the system is analyzed. The combined measurement scheme of inertial measurement/laser range measurement is given. According to the measured data, the accuracy of the measurement method is verified.2. Aiming at the measurement reference of each part in the system is not unified, the definition of each measurement reference coordinate involved in the system and the coordinate transformation between different coordinate systems are given. The unified scheme of the system reference is studied, and the external measurement datum of the system is established. The coordinate transformation between the coordinate system and the external measurement reference is given.3. The initial alignment of the inertial measurement unit in the field survey system of real estate is studied. Based on the analytic coarse alignment of stationary base, the Kalman filter model of velocity matching for initial alignment is presented. The observability and degree of observability of the Kalman filtering system matching velocity is analyzed by using the observability analysis method based on the singular value decomposition, and the Kalman filter is simulated and analyzed. Introducing the attitude appearance measurement, the Kalman filter model of velocity and attitude matching for initial alignment is presented. The observability and degree of observability of this filter is analyzed, and the simulation analysis of the Kalman filter is carried out. Finally, semi-physical simulation experiments are carried out to prove the validity of initial alignment by increasing the attitude observations.4. Combined with research achievements in this paper and the existing achievements in inertial measurement technology, the usage rules of Inertial Measurement Unit/Laser range combined measurement technology and GPS/SINS combined measurement technology is described in details. The draft of the technical specification for measurement in the real estate field survey is given.
