| Deng Xiaoping is the chief designer of China’s reform and opening up and modernization construction,which is because he could break the stereotypes in the process of exploring and building socialism with Chinese characteristics,jump out of the shackles of the old ideological framework,dare to develop and innovate,break through the shackles of inertia thinking,and then create a theoretical system of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.First of all,the process of inertial thinking formed by the Communist Party of China before the reform and opening up,such as "class struggle","mass movement","revolution","planned economy","war and revolution",is combed.Inertial thinking hinders people’s innovation,affects the development of social economy,frustrates people’s psychology of construction,and hinders the normal functioning of the state.Secondly,because Deng Xiaoping had the special status of leader,rich leadership experience,special life experience,the courage to adhere to the truth-seeking,and the courage of revolutionaries to explore and innovate,and summarized historical experience and lessons scientifically,he could break through the shackles of inertial thinking,and develop new thinking that met the needs of the times from the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee to the Fourteenth National Congress,such as "taking economic construction as the center","no movement","reform and opening up","market economy","peace and development" and so on.Finally,we can get enlightenment from Deng Xiaoping’s process of breaking through the inertia thinking: we must adhere to the ideological line of the communist party of China,dare tocarry out theoretical innovation boldly,and constantly summarize experience,which is of great significance to advance the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and deepen reform comprehensively. |
