Selected graduates which means the organizational departments select excellent university graduates and rural grassroots service project workers to grass roots sectors in a planned way as a reserve candidate for the Party and the govemment cadres?It has a very important strategic significance and far-reaching influence for Organization Department transferring outstanding university graduates to grass roots sectors every year. To select excellent university graduates to grass roots sectors is a basic work and a source project for training and selecting outstanding young cadres,strengthening the Party leading bodies and reserving cadres.The selected graduates who optimize rural grassroots cadres structure and promote economic and social development.Now the Party committees and goverment pay more attention to the work of selected graduates. Therefore, to strengthen the research on Selected graduates, is not only has a important theoretical significance, but also has a important practical application value.With the economic and social progress and development,the environment has changed constantly,and there are some problem has happend in the Selected graduates 's cultivation and utilization,that affect the outstanding personnel to accelerate development and progress. Many selected graduates find that they can not play their role effectively and choose to leave before the contract expires. Under the new situation,how to enhance the selected graduates management of in township,how to recruit,retain and use well,has become an important issue facing the organizational departmentsThis research studies the Selected graduates which be selected in 2008-2015 by S city,Using questionnaires and interviews,it fmds out the situation and influence of Selected graduate s loss in these years. Selected graduates management and the main problems in township authorities were analyzed. Using the theory of human resource management,combined with the actual situation in the township authorities and related policies and regulations of Selected graduate management,in order to reduce the Selected graduates loss and grass-roots party and government departments to strengthen cadre team construction, provide valuable reference to improve the scientific level.
