The Study Of Interest Demanding Mass Incidents

As the process of the deepening of reform and opening up, the transformation of China's economic development model led to the rapid development of the national economy, the number of mass incidents caused by a large number of social conflicts and problem resulted from socio-economic structural adjustment is increasing gradually in recent years. Mass incidents is a negative social factors. The outbreak of mass incidents will be a serious threat to the social order and stability. It will not only affect the people and destroy the normal social, economic, political and cultural life, and may also form a particularly serious regional or even national social unrest, making serious disadvantages to the harmonious development of society. Mass incidents is a window to understand social problems of the new era. Research results show that most of domestic mass incidents are interest demands incidents. Based on Guangdong Wukan event, this paper takes literature research, visits and other survey methods, and describes the event background, reasons and finally solution in detail, according to surveys, and reflects the conflict on the current mass incidents settlement mechanism for depth profiling. The paper also introduces disposal mechanism of mass incidents and the foreign settlement mechanism brings to our country experience. The paper analyzes the mechanism of such events, proposes an effective warning mechanism for prevention and treatment of interest demanding mass incidents and find out a new reasonable approach and method to solve interest demanding mass incidents, to better safeguard social harmony and stability.
