Therefore, the study of Marx's theory of civil society will help to deepen the understanding of Marx's historical harmonious.Based on the German Ideology and research on Marx's theory of civil society is divided into the following three parts:The first part, the main origin of Marx's theory of civil society thought were investigated, we analyzed the development of the concept of civil society, starting with Aristotle's polis system, through the development of Cicero, the concept of civil society in certain carried out within the scope of a preliminary expression; in the middle Ages was not concerned until the thirteenth century, civil society was revived thought in the development of scholastic philosophy and theology; and through the development of modern enlightenment thinkers and rich, Hegel has modern significance, Marx criticizing Hegel succession of civil society on the idea of establishing the practical concept of materialism and further elaborated the theory of social forms, while social forms the basis of the analysis of the civil society.In the second part, mainly through the reading of the text, further summarized the connotation of Marx's civil society and part, discusses the relationship between civil society and the state and the relationship between civil society and law, analyze the factors of Marx's civil society, namely, the production and exchange, the division of labor and the "reality of the individual" in the development of civil society in the role.The third part, mainly elaborates the Marx's civil society beyond the path.Analysis of Marx on the basis of historical materialism, the realization of the transcendence of Hegel's idea of civil society and the transcendence of his own,further analysis beyond the civil society is the fundamental way to the reality of communism.
