H County's natural geographical environment, humanistic environment and the rural problems are the most representative in the whole Henan region, therefore the study of H County's rural civilization construction to do a good job in the whole area of henan province rural local custom civilization construction has important theoretical and practical significance.This article from the perspective of new rural construction, through the analysis of the specific situation of civilization construction in Henan province H County, to explore the specific ways to enhance the H County's rural civilization construction.
