Professional Quality Training Of Grassroots Police

With the deepening of Chinese modernization process,the public security organs are facing new situation and new problems when they perform their functions,and it is increasingly complex. The police as the performance of the functions of the public security organs of the specific undertaker,facing the increasingly high requirements of work,work is more and more difficult. To improve police occupation quality become an important subject in the public security organs to effectively combat crime and maintain social stability,protect the security of the masses. It is self-evident that strengthening the police occupation quality training is an important and necessary way to improve police occupation quality. The police in the first line,the task is heavy,the uneven quality of occupation,strengthen the occupation quality training of grass-roots police is particularly important. The topic of this paper is put forward under this background,aimed at the current status of occupation quality training of grass-roots police and existing problems to analyze,identify the main content of the urgent need to strengthen grass-roots police occupation quality training,pertinently put forward some suggestions to improve the grass-roots police occupation quality training,to provide theoretical guidance and intellectual support to enhance grass-roots police training effectiveness of occupation quality. This thesis is studied through literature analysis,normative analysis method and empirical analysis method.The thesis is divided into introduction and main body(four chapters).Introduction part: introduce the research significance of grass-roots police professional quality training,summarized in the analysis based on the domestic and international research on the grass-roots police professional quality training,a clear research ideas and research methods.The first chapter is the definition of the concept and related theories. The three basic concepts of interpretation of grass-roots police,professional quality,grass-roots police professional quality,Performance management theory,new public management theory,modern public human resource management theory relevant training theories,which providetheoretical basis for follow-up study.The second chapter: the main problems of the professional quality training of grass-police and analyzes its reason. Stating the main problems of the professional quality training of grass-police and analyzes its reason. Mainly from the training target, training plan,training content, training methods, training support, this paper analyzes the principle and training effect from six aspects.The third chapter is the main content of the professional quality training of grass-roots police urgent to strengthen. In this paper,it is urgent to strengthen the professional quality training of police,the professional skill quality of police and the professional ethics quality of police affairs.In the fourth chapter,the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the professional quality training of grass-roots police are proposed. Suggestions include: post core competence to meet development needs,establish a scientific training objectives; to enhance the professional quality of dynamic requirements,develop training plan; focus on professional quality structure optimization,set up the reasonable training content; focus on the professional quality of practical training,improve training methods; improve the training budget,strengthen security training; to strengthen the training of performance appraisal,pay attention to the effectiveness of the training.
