Results showed that the basic service factor, community helpage atmosphere factor, economic factor and the safeguard factor positively correlated with the rural community endowment service satisfaction relationship, negatively related auxiliary function factor and overall satisfaction. At the same time, the results of adjust analysis showed that can provide for oneself or cannot provide for oneself, Children number, annual per capital income, the presence of a spouse will have obvious adjustment effect on satisfaction of rural community endowment service.(3) Based on rural community endowment service satisfaction questionnaire in Zouping county, having found out the existed problems about rural community endowment service construction in Zouping county and analyzed the reasons. The problems mainly includes the supply and demand of rural co mmunity endowment service resources do not match, lacking of talent, lacking financial support, etc, the reasons are that the level of rural community endowment service supply is low, the rural community endowment service capital source channel is narrow and the relevant policy planning is lag.(4) On the basis of the above research and analysis, provided relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving the Zouping county rural community endowment service satisfaction including promoting diversification of rural endowment service supply, promoting economic sources of rural old-age service diversification and promoting pension service content enrichment. Including emphasizing the government responsibility, funding support and forward-looking policies, attaching great importance to the talent selection and training, speeding up the informationalization of the pension service platform construction; Expanding rural community endowment service construction fund sources, developing the rural economy, encouraging non-governmental organizations to participate in the rural community endowment service, continuing to improve the elderly support services and other measures to promote rural community endowment service fund open source throttling; Riching rural community endowment service content, to carry out the diversification, the personalized service, promoting endowment facilities, pension products innovation, promoting the formation of the pension industry, etc.
