Performance evaluation and Wage management, two of the importantconstituent of either independently or contact with each other in the human resourcesmanagement. Took full advantage of human resources management theory of moderntimes and in connected with personnel reform in China and the special situation inZouping County. Civil servants detailed analysis and research on personnelavaluation and apply to management of civil servant in this article and apply tomanagement of civil servant in Zouping County personnel bureau to test.First, recommend the important sense and recently the research of performanceevaluation and wage management of civil servant in Zouping County and expatiatedthe research method and structure in the article. Second, based on the basic situationof civil servant in Zouping County and analyses the matter of performanceevaluation and wage management, suggested the technical course and innovationthought of performance evaluation and wage management for civil servant in ZoupinCounty. Third, introduced the position description for civil servant was carried out inZouping County, and ticked off the example of position explanation. Fourth,combined the modern HRM theory with math analysis quantitative and qualitativeanalysis respectively, the paper designed performance evaluation index system,suggested method of performance evaluation for civil servant. Fifth, on the basis ofperformance evaluation, analysis and design the wage management for civil servantis carried out by modern wage method in Zouping County. Finally, this analysis wasregard as performance evaluation and wage management for civil servant in ZoupingCounty to test.The performance evaluation and wage striation system for civil servant was fitin about policy in the country, and had the character of simple and practicality andapplied to basic management for civil servant of country. In addition, the method wassupplied to management for civil servant of country.
