The Investigation And Countermeasures On Present Situation Of The Company Registration In Ganjingzi District Of Dalian City

Corporation is the most important form of business organization from the domestic to the worldwide. Registration to the company is very significant to improve the business environment, promote market-led development and promote public entrepreneurship. In the second plenary meeting of the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party,it sound that improving the responsibility system of the Department and reforming the system of industrial and commercial registration requirements on February 26th to 28th,2013.Then the company law of the people’s Republic of China was passed the same year,it has been in force since March l,2014,and made a significant adjustments to the incorporation.This law greatly reduced the threshold of the establishment of the company, but also gave the right back to market and market players.But with the current situation of the basic level of the company registration, we need to carry out the actual investigation. This paper will address the issue of the analysis and in-depth study, summary of the implementation of the company’s registration and the company registration problems, sort out the causes of the problems and put forward suggestions for improvement, try to maximize the company’s operators relaxed, release its investment entrepreneurial activity, let the modern corporation system better for our country’s economic development services.Firstly,through the questionnaire and interview methods,this research investigated the company registration status in Ganjingzi district of Dalian City.Secondly,with summarizing and analyzing the survey results,I found many questions:such as agencies are in the process of company registration, Both registration process and material preparation are more cumbersome, The channels for the registration of consulting company are limited. Operators do not understand the importance of certain companies registered items, The operator provided by the company registration is not entirely true and effective. Through the summary of these issues, this paper try to analyze the causes of these problems.Finally,from the policies and regulations’s level to continue to relax the threshold, from the government level to strengthen publicity,guidance and to do preparation in advance,from company operators independent publicity, independent choice of business and other aspects,this paper put forward improvement suggestions for the company registration in Ganjingzi District of Dalian,while expecting the coming of company registration is fully open.
