| The supporting problem causes extensive social attention as China's aging population trend has been gradually intensifying, China has treated the supporting problem as an important issue to improve people's livelihood for several years. However, people are more concerned about China's pension problems, few people concerned about the nursing home operate model problem, studying on improving the operate model of the nursing home are even rare. Therefore, the study on improving the operate model of the nursing home will have far-reaching significance for conforming to the trend of economic development, developing Chinese community nursing homes, solving the providing problem for the aged, improving the life quality of the aged, in favor of the development of China's social security system.The whole paper is mainly composes of five parts: Part one is introduction including the research background,significance,main contents and methods. Part two focuses on related concepts and the literature review about supporting the Aged and business model. Part three is field research and deep analysis, stating comparative study of operation model of two Private Welfare Institutions for the Aged in Changchun City. This part describes in detailed the operation of Private Welfare Institutions for the Aged. Part four analyzed United States' and United Kingdom's old-age operating practice and experience. Combining with the status of nursing home operate in China, the foreign old-age operate practice enlightenments are explained. Finally, this article gives more supports and suggestions about how to perfect the business model of nursing home from different aspects such as business contents, organization management, marketing strategies, countermeasures and so on. |
