Research On The Operation Effect Of Integrated Pension Service Model

Today,the issue of population aging has become the focus of attention around the world.At the end of November 2000,the fifth census data show that China has initially entered an aging society,and the aging population faster than other developed countries.China's large population,uneven economic development in various provinces and cities,aging measures are also very different.For Zhangjiakou City,the economy is still underdeveloped,the degree of aging is very high,not rich first old phenomenon prevalent,empty nesters,elderly people gradually increased,will produce a series of social problems.With the increase of the elderly population,with the diversification of the pension needs,how to serve the elderly,and to each of the elderly enjoy a satisfactory service,is the focus of this paper.In recent years,experts and scholars have been exploring a more suitable way of pension to serve the elderly.During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,Zhangjiakou City,in order to comprehensively promote the construction of social old-age service system,through strengthening the government guidance,expanding social participation,innovation and development models and other initiatives,put forward based on the old-age pension,community pension as the basis,service system.Zhangjiakou Hongqilou sunshine care home care service center as a guide,combined with the specific situation of the elderly in Zhangjiakou City,the home pension,community pension and institutional pension together,carried out a variety of old services,in Zhangjiakou City to create a new type of old-age service model precedent.In this paper,the "sunshine home" as a case,through the questionnaire survey and interviews and other research methods on the integrated pension service model,characteristics and operational results of empirical research,analysis of its development advantages and existing problems,in the full understanding of the elderly pension needs,on the basis of proposed to further improve and strengthen the integration of pension service model of the proposal,and to promote this new integrated pension service model in Zhangjiakou City to promote and popularize.
