Synergetic Evolution Research On System Of Politic,Economy,Society,Culture And Ecology In China

Starting from the “Five in One” regional system of politics, economy, society, culture and ecology, in this essay, the author utilizes the nonlinear equation of stochastic force in physics and the theory of population growth in population ecology to conclude the advanced evolution curve of the PESCE system's evolution in spiral and then divide its five evolution stages: primary development phase, rap id growth phase, fluctuation adjustment phase, recovery growth phase and approaching coordination phase. Through analyzing evolutionary characters in each phase, the essay provides the research on PESCE system in our province with theoretical basis.On the foundation of the nonlinear equation, the index system of regional PESCE system including politics, economics, society, culture and ecosystem is established. Topsis and the pentagon cobweb are used to measure the collaborative development ability in every provinces. Afterwards, R/S Analysis is utilized to discriminate order parameter of PESCE system of each province in 2002-2011 and ensure the threshold value to judge the present development stage of the PESCE system in different provinces. As the results shown, firstly, the development of every provinces in 2002-2011 is of seldom changes and largely in line with the tendency of curve matched by the model. However, the imbalance between east, west and middle areas still exists. Secondly, during the last ten years, each province takes its advantages, boosting collaboration in the whole region through the development of dominant subsystem. Nevertheless, as for the eco-subsystem of Hebei and Shanxi provinces, the persistent effect as order parameter is still obvious. Thirdly, the development of each province in 2002-2011 is basically conforms to the curve tendencies matched in the model, among which, Beijing, Shanghai and Guangdong province are stepping into the highly collaborative phase, Qinghai province, Gansu province, Guizhou province and Ningxia province are still in the primary collaborative phase.Based on the conclusion, the essay gives suggestions as follow: firstly, establish scientific and effective evaluation system and stick to the regional planning as a whole. Secondly, comprehensive matched reform pilot areas accordant with the development of PESCE system in different areas are supposed to be built to boost the formulation of positive interaction mechanism. Lastly, innovate organizational strategy of the development area of PESCE system and establish multi-level comprehensive decision-making mechanism.
