The Chinese Teacher Volunteer Program injects new vitality for Chinese teaching field at home and abroad by providing teaching volunteer services,which contributes to the shortage problem of Chinese teaching staff.This platform provides an opportunity of self-improvement for TCFL graduates who join in the team of Chinese teacher volunteers.However,it also brings along more challenges.Although this program has temporarily alleviated the employment pressure,TCFL graduates inevitably have to take future employment issues into consideration.This article takes 2011-2016 TCFL graduates in Hainan University who have participated the volunteer program as research objects and analyzes the data collected from questionnaire survey,from the perspectives of employment selection,employment cognition,employment attitude and employment values to explore the far-reaching influence of Chinese Teacher Volunteers Program on the employment view of TCFL graduates.Furthermore,some reflections and feasible suggestions on this program and the TSCL discipline construction are propose.
