E-C Translation Of Business Contract From The Perspective Of Register Theory

The Systemic Functional Linguistics of M.A.K.Halliday puts much emphasis on the study of language in its actual context and has a big influence in the modern linguistics.Thus,it has been widely applied in the study of many fields.The Register Theory in the Systemic Functional Linguistics has also been widely applied into the study of translation.This thesis tries to combine the business contract language with the actual context and meaning from the perspective of register theory,and attempts to have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of international business contract translation.Nowadays,with the rapid increase of China's participation in the international business,the demand for business contract translation is ever increasing and the quality of the translation of the contract is of great importance to the smoothly carried out of business activities.Therefore,it is hoped that with the efforts of this thesis,we can have a deeper understanding of the translation of international business contract and that this thesis can make much contribution to the future study.
