An Analysis Of The Skills Of Documentary Filming To Shape Characters

In the documentary,characters are often concentrated in a very limited spacetime,and a successful documentary can make people feel the inner world of the characters,the director's understanding of characters and the value of the flim to the public,and trigger reflection,through the recording of real life and the capture of real emotions.As a person who is in direct contact with the subject,the cameraman accurately and quickly captures the aesthetically pleasing segments on the scene,and uses a rich audio-visual language to create a three-dimensional character image,which has become a major difficulty in documentary film creation.This article is based on my graduation design "fabulous story teller" and discusses the skill of documentary filming to create characters through the in-depth study of the cameraman before shooting,the audio-visual language of shooting,and the cultivation of editorial thinking.
